Here are the ways you can heat, serve, and enjoy the foods we are currently featuring in our Blanton's Signature Series. We make all of these products right here in the store, so if you have any questions, please ask!

Apricot Bread

If frozen, allow to defrost, still wrapped, at room temperature for about 4 hours. Slice and serve. Delicious with tea or coffee, either on its own or spread with a little soft butter.

Contains flour, apricots, sugar, eggs, baking soda, baking powder.

Armenian Meat Pizzas

Fully cooked. Heat and serve.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove frozen meat pies from package; remove any packaging. Place frozen meat pies on baking sheet. Bake 16-18 minutes or until meat topping is heated through and edges are golden brown. (Decrease heating time if meat pies are not frozen.)

Contains flour tortillas, ground beef, onion, olive oil, tomato paste, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, spices.

Beef and Sausage Meatballs

Fully cooked. A tasty combination of ground beef and hearty sausage. Heat and serve as an appetizer, on a sandwich, or over pasta.

Stovetop: Heat meatballs and sauce in a pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce and meatballs are heated through.

Microwave Oven: Microwave on high, stirring occasionally, until meatballs and sauce are heated through.

Contains beef, pork sausage, eggs, wine, fresh bread crumbs, garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, tomato puree, spices.

Beef, Pork, and Bean Chili

A southwestern-style chili with small cubes of beef and pork in a mildly spicy sauce. Fully cooked. Heat and serve.

Stovetop: Heat chili in a pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until chili is heated through.

Microwave Oven: Microwave on high, stirring occasionally, until chili is heated through.

Contains beef, pork, red kidney beans, beef stock, beer, onion, garlic, olive oil, tomato puree, spices.

Blueberry Lemon Loaf

A buttery cake with plenty of blueberries, and fresh lemon juice to balance the sweetness of the berries. A refreshing dessert on its own, with coffee, or with some ice cream on the side.

Contains flour, blueberries, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, butter, sugar, milk, eggs, baking powder.

Braised Red Cabbage

This side dish goes especially well with poultry and pork. Red wine and apples make it special!

Stovetop: Heat cabbage and sauce in a pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

Microwave Oven: Microwave on high, stirring occasionally, until cabbage and sauce are heated through.

Contains red cabbage, apples, beef broth, red wine, vinegar, brown sugar, butter, spices.

Carrot Ginger Soup

This smooth, elegant soup with a bit of spice is a great way to start a fancy dinner.

Stovetop: Heat soup in a pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until soup is heated through.

Microwave Oven: Microwave on high, stirring occasionally, until soup is heated through.

Contains chicken broth, carrots, onion, wine, ginger root, garlic, curry powder, lemon juice, spices.

Chicken Meatballs in Sweet & Sour Sauce

Fully cooked. Light and delicately spiced chicken meatballs to heat and serve as an appetizer, on a sandwich, or over pasta.

Stovetop: Heat meatballs and sauce in a pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce and meatballs are heated through.

Microwave Oven: Microwave on high, stirring occasionally, until meatballs and sauce are heated through.

Contains chicken, eggs, wine, fresh bread crumbs, garlic, beef broth, red wine vinegar, orange marmalade, orange juice, mustard, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, spices.

Chinese Boneless Slow-Roasted Pork

This delicious meat can be warmed in a low oven or in the microwave, and eaten as an appetizer or snack. It makes great sandwiches.

You can also cut it into small pieces and use in fried rice.

Hoisin sauce, 5-spice powder, honey and soy sauce make these authentic and very tasty.

Contains pork shoulder, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, 5-spice powder.

Great Aunt Mimi's Cookie Bars

These chewy bars are filled with chocolate chips and walnuts. Sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and a little cream combine with graham cracker crumbs in this confection from Chef Ed's childhood.

Contains graham cracker crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, walnuts, cream, vanilla.

Red Wine Kielbasa

We slow-cook kielbasa in beef stock and Merlot wine to produce an unusual and stupendous sausage dish. You can serve these sausage slices and sauce at a party in a chafing dish or crockpot to keep them warm, or use them over pasta or rice.

Contains kielbasa, beef broth, onions, red wine.

Roasted Yukon Gold Potato Wedges

Lightly coated with olive oil, dusted with crisp bread crumbs and spices, these potato wedges are sure to please. Fully cooked. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Heat for 35 minutes if frozen, 15 minutes if refrigerated, or until hot and coating is crisp.

Smoked Salmon Spread

A luxurious spread of top-quality smoked salmon, cream cheese, lemon, scallion, and a bit of cream.

Serve with crackers or French bread.

Spiced Walnuts

Bet you can't eat just one! Slightly sweet, a little salty, spiced with smoked paprika and cinnamon. These are a perfect snack.

Try them some time in a salad of leaf lettuce, pears, and blue cheese. Elegance!
